NOTE: Drop off time begins at 3:00pm and ends at 5:00pm. Please drop your livestock off within that time frame on your scheduled drop off day.

At Beck Ranch Processing, we receive your livestock two days per week. Animals will be dispatched the day after they are received. Beef and Bison carcasses will hang for 14 days before they are processed according to your specific cut sheet. 

All finished cuts will then be packaged in a vacuum sealed pouch. Every package will be given a generic label, unless specified otherwise- please reach out to us if you have a specific label you would like to use on your finished product.
